Stocktakes

This window is displayed by clicking on the Stocktakes option in the Inventory menu

The data in these tables is automatically added when a stocktake is taken in the Rack Inventory option.

The data is not edited but is kept as a historical record.

There are 3 grids. The top left grid displays the location and date for the snapshot.

The top right grid shows the racks and the lower grid the items on the rack.

Top left grid

1. Click "-" to delete a Stock take and its subsidiary data.

2. To restrict the list to a single location, select it from the dropdown.

Top right grid

This has the same functionality as the top grid in the rack inventory screen.

Lower grid

This has the same functionality as the lower grid in the rack inventory screen.
