Detect duplicate keys in databases

This window is displayed by clicking on the Duplicate key check option in the Files menu

It is used to delete records that have the same key value as existing records. Eg duplicate manifest headers.

You should use this option rather than deleting the duplicates in the table, since that would also delete the child records for the original header

In addition, it would export a delete instruction to other sites, which may only have the original record.

This form is modal. You must close it before you can access other forms or the menu

1. The list of tables is displayed in the left list.

2. Tables are selected by moving them to the right list using the > and >> buttons and unselected using < and <<
Tables can also be moved from one list to the other by double clicking.

3. Click OK to process the selected tables.
