Well Inventory

This window is displayed by clicking on the Well Inventory option in the Inventory menu

It displays the inventory levels of each stock item in each well.

This table should not be edited since it is automatically updated when Manifests, consumptions or recoveries are changed.

If there is an error in the values, first run a Recalc

If the error persists then run an Audit on the model number with the error.

If you discover an error in a manifest etc. then correct the error there. That should then fix the inventory.

This table can be sorted by Well and model number, well and supplier or model number alone by clicking on the [A/Z] button

1.      Initially all inventory for all wells is displayed. You can restrict the display to a single well by selecting it from the drop down.

2.      The [Remove zeros] button will remove any model number with a zero quantity from the visible list. To apply this to just a single well, first select the well as in step 1.
Most completed wells should have zero inventory, so running this on those wells may ren\move the inventory completely.

3.      The [Recalc] option will reprocess the manifests etc to recalculate the inventory. This will replace items in a well that may have been removed in step 2, even if they finish up with zero quantity.
