This window is displayed by clicking on the View exports option in the Transfers menu

It is used to view the records that have changed in the main database since the last Export or the records that have been exported to each site. This table is normally read only.

This table can be sorted by Table and key value, Table and time changed, Time imported or Time changed, by clicking on the [A/Z] button.

1.      Select the a site from the drop down or leave blank.

a.       When the site is blank, the table displays all the records that have been changed but not successfully imported at the other sites.

b.      If a site is selected, the table shows the records for the last export to that site.

2.      Click "▲" to open an existing record to display the details of the record in an edit frame. This is normally not used and mostly the records are viewed in the grid.
The fields in the table are as follows

a.       The table name

b.      The key value. These 2 fields uniquely identify the record that is to be exported. The key field varies from table to table, but could be a model number, manifest number, manifest number and sequence number combination etc.

c.       The type – C means the record has changed since the last export and includes records that have been added.
D means the record has been deleted.

d.      The time and date the record was changed/deleted, exported and imported.

e.       The Sites field contains the site codes (in position) for the sites that need to be updated with the changed record.
When a record is initially changed, all the active sites are included in the sites field. As each site successfully imports the change, its code is removed. Once all sites have been removed the record is deleted from the export list.

3.      Although the grid is nominally read only, pressing CTRL/F9 can be used to Toggle the read only flag on and off. This should only be used when you are absolutely sure that it will not cause problems, usually under instruction from the developer. The [Show/Hide deleted records] will allow you to display records that have been deleted.

4.      The [Undelete] button will allow you to undelete all these records – use sparingly as there may be literally thousands of them.

5.      [Fix sites] is rarely, if ever, used. It will rearrange the order of the site codes to match the orders in the site database. It may be needed if the master site changes.
