Equipment manifest listing

This window is displayed by clicking on the Manifest Header Listing option in the Report option for the Equipment manifest headers.

This form is modal. You must close it before you can access other forms or the menu

1. Select the filter options for the report. These can be restricted to

a. A particular location

b. A particular account, usually a well. (Charge to)

c. A date range

Or any combination of the above.
