Rental Inventory

This window is displayed by clicking on the Rental Inventory option in the Rentals menu

It displays all the Rental Inventory in a single table. On the rentals screen there is a rental inventory table but it just shows the inventory for the selected MSR/Model no combination.

This table can be sorted by Location, model number (as displayed) or MSR number by clicking on the [A/Z] button

This table is Read only. And errors in it need to be fixed by correcting the manifest, road manifest or consumption records.

1. Click "▲" to display the record in an edit frame.

2. The location, model number and Road Manifest number define the record.

3. The quantity is the result of potentially multiple movements of the item.
