Exchange rate

This window is displayed by clicking on the Exchange rate option in the Material Transfer screen

M/Ts can be defined in any of the currencies defined in the Currency option but amounts are also stored in $A.

This option allows you to define the exchange rate used in this conversion.

This form is modal. You must close it before you can access other forms or the menu

1. Define the method.

a. The exchange rate can be set explicitly

b. The $A equivalenty can be defined and the effective exchange rate calculated.

2. The total value is displayed in the currency of choice.

3. Either the exchange rate or $A value is then entered, depending ion the selection in step 1.
