Copy manifest items from another manifest

This window is displayed by clicking on the Copy manifest or Copy manifest items options in the Manifest edit screens.

It allows items from one manifest to be copied to the current manifest or to be deleted.

No Checks are made on the source inventory to ensure that sufficient stock is available.

This form is modal. You must close it before you can access other forms or the menu

1. Select the source manifest type.

2. Select the source manifest number from the dropdown list of manifests for that type.

3. If the source is a boat manifest select which of the source details table is to be copied. For air or Road sources only the corresponding button will be enabled.

4. Select the target details table or delete. Choices will depend on the current manifest type.

5. Items can be “moved” rather than copied by deleting them from the source.

6. Indicate the location in the current manifest for the copied items.

7. Items for in the selected source list are displayed in the left list.

8. Select them for copying by moving to the right list using the > or >> buttons or double clicking. The Red arrows move items up and down in the selected list.
