Class Sort Field Selection

This window is displayed by clicking on the Add, delete or reorder option in the Classes edit screen.

This form is modal. You must close it before you can access other forms or the menu

A class can optionally use sortfields as a means of imposing a logical sort order on the model numbers in that class. This overwrites the nomen or descriptions as a sort field.

Each model number in the class with then get assigned a value for each of the sortfields selected. Eg, Often size or hole size are important ordering fields.

1. The left list shows the available sort fields.

2. Move the sort fields to the right list to select them using the > and >> buttons or by double clicking.

3. Use the red arrows to move items up and down the list.

4. If the update box is checked, existing model numbers in theclass will have their sort fields updated to match the new selection.
